Four simple rules, in plain English:

• Only one user per account. It's not allowed to share your account. Sharing the account will lead to suspension.
• We will try our best to provide the lines on time, but many of the factors involved in that are out of our hands. So we might fail to provide the lines on time, or in some months at all.
• If you buy a subscription, you can return the money at anytime during the first two weeks after the payment if you do not like Crew Tools.
• The above three rules might change at anytime without any notice.

We do not collect any personal information about you, other than what you provided during the registration. Your email address and phone number (if provided) will not be shared with anyone else. Your IP address and browser details (user agent) will be logged. That's it.
